 Health/MHPS UNRWA/NGOs Updates:
o MDM Psychosocial coordinator and UNRWA MDG-F Officer introduced the “IASC Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Guidelines for Interventions in Emergencies”. The handbook which was prepared in 2006 is considered a tool for organization working on MHPS to coordinate, plan and implement their activities in emergency settings. The speakers invited participants to a one day workshop to explore the content of this handbook, to train them on how to use it while implementing their projects and how to benefit of all the tools in the book.
